Meet the Owners Taylor and Catharina Collings
The Inca Connection represents 23 years of serious collecting in Peru and Ecuador. Taylor was a pilot in this region in the 1950s and 1960s. He fell in love with the people and the culture and took me on my first sojourn to the Peruvian Andes 20 some years ago. Taylor is Irish-American and has dual citizenship. I was born in Holland and lived there until I was 23 years old. We have had a small casita in Ecuador for the last ten years. I am now proud to be an American citizen. Over the years, I have been a translator for various agencies, mostly related to Spanish.
We run a small, private foundation to help struggling artists.
The museum quality of these art forms speak for themselves. We believe we have one of the largest and most diverse collections of Inca Art outside of Peru and Ecuador. All of our pieces come with certificates of origin. We appreciate your interest and welcome your comments.
